Diversion is a practice in which products intended for a particular market (skincare professionals) are diverted to be sold in another one (unauthorized online retailers), usually without the knowledge or permission of the brand owner (Saffron Cosmetics™).

Products purchased from a 3rd party store, kiosk or distributor salon must be returned to the same place you bought them, and all returns and exchanges are subject to individual store policy.

When you make a purchase through a third-party retailer, the payment is typically made directly to the retailer, not to us. 
Typically, we do not have access to the retailer's bank account. 
It's crucial to understand that multiple parties, including managers and intermediaries, may be involved in the transaction, making communication and issue resolution more complex.

In terms of money and product transfers, it is essential to note that these will be handled based on the information provided by the retailer.
If you need to return a product or request a refund please fill out "request a refund form" , you'll likely need to provide the retailer with transaction details such as the date ,place of purchase, time, product name, description, and amount paid.

The decision to accept or reject a return or refund rests with the retailer, so customers should familiarize themselves with the retailer's policies before making a purchase. 
If you've received permission to return a product or get a refund via email, you'll receive detailed instructions, including the amount to be refunded and required documents.

If the Retailer/Store of purchase offers refund options, you can find relevant details at the bottom of your receipt. 
Conversely, if the retailer doesn't allow refunds, refer to the policy information at the top and sometimes at bottom of the receipt.

If a customer unilaterally contacts the credit company to open a refund dispute, despite our clear policy stating that there is no possibility of a refund and the sale is final, our customer service team, along with the retailer, manager, and seller, will be legally obliged to cease providing support and responses to the customer on the same day. 
This action is in accordance with the law, and the direct consequence is the responsibility of the customer who initiated the unilateral dispute through the credit company. 
It is crucial for customers to be aware of and adhere to the established policies and procedures before taking such actions, as outlined in our terms and conditions.

In case of a dispute over returns or refunds, resolution may take 30 to 120 calendar days. 
The retailer may have its own refund policy, and if they decline a refund, they will provide the reason for their decision.

The retailer may also have their own policy regarding refunds, and if they decide not to offer a refund, they will inform you of the reason for their decision.

Our customer service team will strive to support dispute resolution between the retailer and customer. 
If an agreement cannot be reached, we will not intervene but encourage both parties to continue negotiations. 
Keep in mind that every dispute is unique, and there is no fixed timeline for resolution, but we'll provide guidance and support throughout the process.

Please be advised that as of June 1, 2024, the store located at Vancouver Mall, 8700 N.E. Vancouver Mall Drive, Vancouver, WA 98662, is no longer an Authorized Retailer and is operating without a approval from our company.

All products and sales sold in this store are not our responsibility.

The mall management has been informed of this situation since the beginning of August 2024.

For any inquiries, complaints, or requests, please contact the management of the new store that is using our brand name without legal authorization.

Our team is spending a lot of resources to target unauthorized online resellers and remove Saffron Cosmetics™ products from these websites.

The products coming from these websites could be previously opened, expired and unsafe to use.

Only authorized Saffron cosmetic retailers are committed to providing superior service and upholding the company’s standards.

Saffron Cosmetics™ does not have any Affiliated with these websites.

Consumers who have purchased from unauthorized sellers report problems contacting these unauthorized sellers for post-sale support, and in some instances have even experienced credit card fraud as a result of attempting to purchase from unauthorized sellers.

To avoid these problems, you should always buy from authorized Saffron Cosmetics™ retailers.
